What is Goulash and why would you ever need it?
Have you ever ventured into Dragonspine and experienced the sheer cold mechanic? Well for most players, it the bane to their existence and often keeps them from ever adventuring there. Goulash is a 2 star dish and is specifically used for adventuring in the Dragonspine region of the map. Its in-game description reads as follows: “Decreases the rate of Sheer Cold accumulation for all party members for 900s. In Co-Op mode, this effect only applies to your own character(s).
How to Get the Goulash Recipe
(location of Windwail Highland, Mondstadt waypoint)
Unfortunately, finding the recipe for Goulash isn’t exactly straightforward. Firstly, you have to complete the “Ah, Fresh Meat!” quest. This quest can be acquired by either talking to Harris in the camp at the Windwail Highland, Mondstadt waypoint or by finding frozen boars and thawing them out by using Pyro attacks.

2 Chilled Meat 2 Carrot 1 Tomato
Carrots an tomatoes can be found while exploring. Tomatoes can also be purchased at the Mondstadt General Goods shop from Blanche. Chilled Meat can only be located in Dragonspine at certain locations.

The first spot marked on the map is where players can encounter the Snowboar King and has perhaps the most abundant source of Chilled Meat. Beware, the Snowboar King is no pushover.
